Steel City Gym has been around for over twenty years and has built up a good reputation and large membership. We offer a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. One of our staff members "Old Roy West" is 81 years old and a total character. We can offer advice on diets, workout routines and fitness programs. We also have protein powders, products, t-shirts, vests, hoodies and much more available at d

esk. Occasionally we hold events in the gym some just for fun. Steel City also sponsors charities within the local community.
