🥚🐉 DRAGON EGG WINNERS — AUGUST 🐉🥚

Every month our coaches put forward the members who’ve stood out on the mats.

It’s not about technical ability. This award is the ones showing up, working hard and bringing instincts values to life.

Here are this month’s winners starting with:

🥊 Little Dragon of the Month - Reign
He has shown great technique, real enthusiasm, and a level of focus that’s rare for his age on bag work combos. Confident and working hard, but still helping the newer kids in class.



🥊 Older Dragon of the Month - Kristopher
Respectful, polite and puts 100% in every single session. Sets the standard for the other kids without ever needing to be told.

🥊 From our Kids classes - Lily
Kind to the other kids and goes out of her way to look after the younger ones. Respectful to her coaches and classmates, and properly focused on pads and drilling. Always smiling, always happy to train.

🥊 Teen of the Month - Korey
Korey has been bringing serious and focus to effort to every round, especially the sprints and conditioning. He’s competing with the people next to him, pushing himself finishing everything he starts.

🥊 Adult Member of the Month - Justin
Constantly improving, consistent and disciplined. Always turns up and pushes himself in training. Coachable, takes advice on board and applies it - and still finds a way to smile through a hard session.

New full time coach - Emanuel 🥊 🔥

We are really excited to announce Emanuel will now be working at Instinct full time.

He joins our already strong and dependable roster of coaches who continue to develop fantastic martial artists, often who have never trained in Muay Thai before, on our conveyor belt of talent.

He will be present in all of the dragons and children’s classes, beginner classes and some intermediate.

Manny is a highly driven and motivated person who never turns down the opportunity to coach, and he takes a great deal of pride in helping our members achieve their potential.
