Anyone interested?

We’re working with Green Sky Fitness to offer a fitness qualification, 🥰 is at the heart of everything we do.

This course is aimed at either unemployed or earning less than £17k/year, aged above 20 years and within a Durham post code.

Course will be located at the World of Make Believe in the activity room upstairs and will run every Wednesday for a period of weeks.

This is a rough idea of what our new GymFants set up will look like!!

So I’m thinking of trialing a GymFants session next Wednesday, 23rd Sept @ 10.45am.
This will be for 4 parents and their preschool child.
If you want to workout with your child and feel they’ll stay in your bubble with you, then send a message to book a space.

The session will be 30mins and cost £3.

We can’t wait to be back.

So today I took my kids to the gym and they wouldn’t stay off the GymFants equipment. This got me thinking, would parents want a GymFants session available?
You and your child would be in bubbles and carry out a workout together. Each bubble would have one piece of GymFants equipment (if feasible it could be sanitised and equipment could be rotated/swapped)
Session would be 30mins long and for 4-7year olds.
We want to encourage more family activity and give parents an opportunity with their children, whilst making sure everyone is safe.

There are still spaces available for Kids Yoga tomorrow with Cate.
