📢TRAINING TIMES📢

Indoor training is back this Thursday!

Thursday Indoor trainings are starting again from this week on the 3rd of September.

Monday Indoor Trainings will be back in a few weeks’ time on the 28th September with outdoor trainings continuing on a Monday until then.

We can’t wait to see everyone back this Thursday, and hopefully some new faces joining us as well!

📢PRE-SEASON TRAINING📢

As we get ready for the 2026/27 season, outdoor pre-season training is back starting from Monday 10th August.

Whilst we’re not quite back to playing handball yet, we’re excited to get back to working together as a team with some fitness drills at Sefton Park to get us ready for the season.

These sessions will run Mondays and Thursday from 19:00-20:30.

All you need is appropriate outdoor exercise attire and some water so come along to either get back in shape if you’re a returning player or meet the team if you’re new.

With our men returning to the Men’s Premier League and women getting ready to face the new Women’s premier league format we’re looking to get stronger. Players of all experience levels are welcome to come and try a session.

A chance to recognise the hard work, dedication, and everything we’ve achieved together as a club this season. It was fantastic to bring so many of us together one last time before heading into a well-deserved summer break.
