It’s hard to find a balance and make time for yourself when you a full time job, family and a house to look after but making a few lifestyle changes will be beneficial in creating a healthy n happy future.
Health is your wealth.
My client has no background of fitness has always eaten n drank what she likes so starting from the bottom can be not only challenging but frustrating, us ladies want it now and then yesterday Infact 😩🙄 I have girls coming to me asking I’m going to Ibiza in 3 weeks what can you do??? My reply I can pack your case! It takes time, effort, commitment and consistency with out that there’s not point. If your going to do something do it properly all or nothing I like to say that’s me 🤣. Don’t get me wrong I don’t ask them to jump strait in head first with crazy workouts n diets etc I try to persuade my clients to implement little daily/weekly changes into there routine for example water 1-2 litres P/D💧, 10,000 steps 🚶♀️ no skipping meals, tracking MyFitnessPal etc so no drastic changes are made, I think to drastic makes it unsustainable. Create healthy habits so they become part of your daily routine and not seen as a chore.
So my client has found a healthy balance
Eating 4-5 portions protein, fruit veg a day 2 litres of water, walking everyday, 3 weight sessions a week with me and we are building those blocks each week we are getting there 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m proud of you well done, pat on the back I’m excited for what’s to come getting u that 🍑 💪🏻
