3 things I avoid when trying to grow my glutes 🍑
1. endless hours of cardio - cardio has its place, and it’s nowhere near my ass
2. Long periods of time in a calorie deficit - your muscles need fuel to grow, so I’m gonna eat that fuel
3. Comparing my shape to influencers - muscle growth takes a lot longer and will look a lot different to the BBL, and that’s okay!
