Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Rainhill Recreation Club Bowls Section will be held in the Clubrooms, Victoria Terrace, on Wednesday 5th October 2022 at 7.30, to transact the following business :-

8. Election of Officers

- Captains’ Representative.

It would assist the Secretary if those speaking to agenda items would email their reports to her prior to the meeting or prepare written notes for her.
Minutes of the 2021 AGM are available, they will not be read out at the meeting but any amendments or matters arising will be dealt with as usual.
