Happy New Year everyone! 🥳

Boxercise will be resuming normal service at Farnley Community Centre on the 6th of January 6:30 - 7:30.
Also, the sessions are now FREE but you will need to book onto the session via the link below to help in managing the numbers and also for Covid measures.

Not everything sold as a "Health Food" is exactly that. What it is though is cleverly marketed to increase their sales and unfortunately the waistline!

Be cautious as many of these foods are high in sugar, salt & fat but more importantly they are typically stripped of all the goodness most importantly fibre.

Instead shop smart! Use a shopping list 📝Stick to outer aisles that tends to be the healthier produce 🐟 Don't shop when hungry or stressed 🤤😩 Learn to walk past the confectionary & biscuit aisle, nothing good will come of it 😁

Learn to enjoy your meal times distraction free. Here's a tip place your knife & fork down after each bite and concentrate on each mouthful. That way you give your body chance to get the sense that you're full and you enjoy the taste so much more. 😁
