What a fantastic week at our Children's Mixed Abilities & Sparring Class on Wedneaday at 4.30PM! 👊🥋

This week's session was a huge success, with a positive learning attitude throughout. It was great to see our students working together, supporting one another, and giving their best effort.

The team was fully equipped and ready to go.

Most importantly, everyone brought great attitudes, respect, and determination to the mats.

New faces are always welcome, so come along and be part of the team!

Last week, we said farewell to Nathan as he prepares for his new life in Australia. 🇦🇺

However, after careful consideration, we didn't feel he looked quite ready...🤔

So we've decided to help him out with

✅ An Australia Bag for Life - useful
✅ An Australian hat (officially labelled "Australia") - for the sun
✅ A life-sized inflatable kangaroo - nearly kept this
✅ An Australian slang book to help him understand the locals - very useful

Huge shoutout to Stu for this morning’s incredibly impressive jumping side kick! 👏🥋

The team are really taking their 1st Dan Black Belt preparation seriously, and it’s fantastic to see the hard work, dedication, and determination.

A powerful jumping side kick requires strong technique, balance, timing, core strength, and explosive power. Developing the kick means mastering the fundamentals first, building leg strength, improving coordination, and committing to consistent practice.

Stu's effort this morning is a great example of how hard work on the basics translates into impressive results. Keep pushing, keep improving, and keep raising the standard! 💪🔥
