Iâve never struggled with training.
Iâve always enjoyed it, that was the âeasyâ part.
But training hard alone never got me the results I wanted.
What was actually holding me back was everything outside the gym.
No structure, poor food choices, low activity outside sessions, inconsistency.
Once I got the basics in place and became more consistent, everything changed physically and mentally.
I still enjoy training just as much, but it feels a lot better now actually seeing the progress from it.
