Mum-life is already a workout⦠but your back shouldnāt pay for it š
After my first ānappy run workoutā post, I knew we needed Part 2.
Because yes ā carrying kids, lifting shopping bags, pushing the pram, cleaning the floor and rushing on the school run all count as movementā¦
But the way you move matters.
If youāre always bending from your back, twisting while lifting, rushing with bad posture or carrying everything on one side, your body is going to feel it.
So I made Part 2:
Mum-life strength, made simple.
This one is all about everyday mum moves made stronger, safer and more intentional.
Inside this carousel:
One-hip toddler carry
Toddler pick-up squat
School run power walk
Pram hill push
Shopping unload squat
Floor wipe side lunge
Cot reach hip hinge
Mum reset stretch
Because busy mums donāt need unrealistic routines that only work if the house is quiet, the kids are asleep and you magically have an hour free.
You need movement that fits around real life.
Save this for your next chaotic mum day š
Send it to a mum who says her back is always sore.
Comment PART 3 if you want more mum-life exercises.
Message me MUM STRONG if you want realistic online coaching that fits around motherhood, not against it.
