Sarah joined my group training programme in October and in these past 4 months has not only lost over 10kg (I mean look at that waistline) but has gained so much strength, stamina and all the confidence in the world. β¨
I remember when she would struggle with keeping her balance doing lunges (lunges are something she has learned to love - and her form is absolutely perfect as is her balance now), could only do high plank Burpees (whereas now she does full chest-to-floor Burpees like a pro) and would get constant lower back ache when doing any hip hinging exercises or weighted squats. π€ΈπΌββοΈ We have been working on strengthening her back muscles & core, building overall strength and stamina, and creating long term healthy habits around nutrition and exercise in general. Sarah has been so consistent and driven I am proud beyond words π₯° I love to see my clients feeling confident in themselves as they get stronger, fitter and healthier.
