Thank you for visiting Diane Grayson One Step At A Time
I offer PILATES classes in East Grinstead, Lingfield and Ashurst Wood. My classes cover all levels from Beginners right through to Advanced. For clients who prefer One to One sessions I also offer private consultations.

ADULT BALLET classes are another speciality. With a personal lifetime of professional dance experience I offer classes for absolute beginners to those more advanced . I am an accredited RAD Silver Swans adult ballet teacher and welcome all levels of ability.
If you've ever worn a tutu or never worn a tutu, you will love the classes. Beautiful music, you just need to bring your body, I will do the rest.

I am also an accredited BarreConcept teacher and again teach all levels of Barre technique. This is an entire body workout targeting specific muscle groups . These classes aim at really toning the body, building stamina plus a lot of stretching. A great workout to fab music.

In every session I teach I endeavour to create a delightful and welcoming environment. I use wonderful music and hopefully one hour spent in any of my classes will be very beneficial for your wellbeing and fitness. This is a wonderful opportunity improve existing skills or learn new ones. polish up some rusty ones and make some great friends in the process. Everyone is welcome.
