Pay as you Go💌
Attend on a pay-as-you-go basis at times that suit you, offering flexibility to accommodate a busy lifestyle, including weekends.

Block Bookings 💌
This booking type secures your place and helps you maintain a consistent routine.

Reformer Pilates blocks are monthly-lasting 4 weeks.
Mat Pilates blocks last 6 weeks.

Pilates Circuit💌
This full body workout blends class Pilates principles with circuit training, moving you through a series of timed stations, using both mat exercises with props and reformer.

This is a spontaneous monthly pop up class, that is not permanent on the timetable. However when the class runs, it will always be a Thursday at 7pm.
