Pilates Classes start back this week!
The theme of this block is Lengthen and Lift - Mat flow for Postural Strength.
We will be working to include imprint to neutral spine transitions, thoracic rotations and pelvis stability.
There are spaces left in all classes:
Monday 6.20pm and 7.20pm - Queens Hall, Charlestown
Tuesday 9.30am and 10.30am - Queens Hall, Charlestown
Thursday 9.30am - Limekilns Church, Limekilns
If you are new to the classes your first class is FREE. Please message me to book your space.
All classes will focus on core strength, stability, and good postural alignment.
