From time to time, when things are overwhelming I think about sacking my coach (it's nothing personal Ben 🤣)
When life is busy, my personal goals feel like the easiest thing to drop. Sacking off the tracking, the training, the weigh ins would free up some time and let me get back on track with the rest of life. Trouble is, this is exactly why I hired a coach. To outsource the need to plan for myself, to keep focused and to maintain a level of accountability to myself. The idea of dropping him is almost paradoxical.
In the moments of absolute chaos is probably when I need a coach the most. Coaches have your back. They are a pillar that will help you adapt to make sure that your goals are still achievable in the ebs and flow of daily life. Staying the course is probably the most important part of success, so having a coach to be accountable to ensures I do that.
It means I have a clearer mind when programming and serving my clients. That makes leading from the front, easier than ever.
