I am very passionate about training and keeping fit, and strive to live a healthier lifestyle. A few years ago I was in the position of just starting out in the gym and figuring out food and gym regimes. As I got to grips with the gym life and started seeing improvements, I would get approached by friends, family, and other gym members asking for help and advice. I enjoyed being able to help other

s and this pushed me to go on to learn more and qualify as a personal trainer. I have the ability to motivate and inspire clients regardless of physical fitness level and abilities, encouraging habits that are life changing. I offer exciting and enjoyable programs designed to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be: weight loss; toning; fat burn; strength; core stability; improving your health; and attaining a total sense of well-being. I believe fitness and diet go hand in hand when it comes to maintaining and keeping at fit and healthy lifestyle. As a qualified sports nutritionist I can provide you with the help and advise you may need on healthy eating/diets to reach your goal. I aim to not only train, but to educate my clients as well as constantly expand my own skill set. I believe in what I do and I work extremely hard in order for you to come out of this process happier; more confident; healthier; and most importantly with the physique you desire. Qualifications

So proud of my client Michael and what he achieved in the 8 weeks leading up-to his holiday. Micheal came to me looking to lose some body fat, particularly around his torso. Here’s the results and what he had to say:

"At first I thought that training might be difficult for me with fibromyalgia but Bisma showed me exercises that can actually help improve my pain. She has taught me how what i eat impacts my body so much. She started me off by giving me ideas for food to eat and monitored my meals daily with photos and myfitnesspal to help keep me on track. The workouts themself push me physically but Bisma always gives motivation to keep going amd changes up the workouts depending on how I am feeling and to keep it intresting. She gave me workouts to work through on my own to allow me to keep up the training when not seeing her and helped build my confidence in the gym. Luisa progressing from TRX pikes and knee tucks to TRX and bosu ball pikes and knee tucks!
Took it up a level by adding bosu ball to engage the stabilising muscles more!
The TRX knee tuck targets balance, stability and core strength. It is a challenging core and abdominal exercise that also requires good upper body strength.
By pulling the knees towards your body the hip flexors are heavily involved.

Place your feet in the TRX straps. Lift your knees from the floor and assume a push-up position. Keep the torso straight and the core tight. The knees and hips are extended and the spine is neutrally aligned. Pull your knees towards your chest. Return to the starting position by extending both legs out again. Do not lower the hips while you pull the knees in. 💪☺️👊🏋

Supersetting leg press and plyo lunges killer leg exercise.
Incorporating plyometric exercises in your workout can improve your cardiovascular health and increase your overall fitness level from balance, to strength, to stamina.
Plyo lunges requires balance, coordination, elicits a serious leg burn and gets your heart rate up significantly.
Plyo lunge (or any plyometric exercise) is not an easy exercise. If you haven’t done a plyometric exercise before, be careful and be sure to get a good warm up beforehand.
