OFF SZN Fitness Test🏃🏻♀️
Last season, Brentford scrapped their usual 1km test and switched to a 2km time trial.
But why?
It’s all about MAS — Maximal Aerobic Speed. A longer distance gives a far more accurate picture of your match fitness and aerobic engine.

✅ Harder to cheat
✅ A true test of your off-season work
⏱️ A score between 7:00–7:15 is strong.
🥇 Best I’ve seen? 6:51 — elite level.
