Losing body fat is one of the most common goals of my clients and that is why today I present to you the 3 most important rules to achieve successππͺ
π₯3 rules you must follow to achieve your fat loss goal:
First: Systematicity and regularity in action. We can only achieve the best results of our efforts when we regularly engage in physical activity, stick to the right nutrition model, take care of our health and regeneration. Each of us has better and worse days. It is important not to stop your efforts despite a worse day, e.g. try to do a workout even if we feel worse. Even if we fail at something, it is always worth not giving up and continuing to strive towards our goal. π―
Secondly: Set a goal using the SMART principle, which stands for S-specific, M-measurable, A-achievable, R-relevant and T -time-bound. To achieve your goal, analyze the time you have during the day. It is important that your goal is well thought out enough for you to be able to achieve it.π‘
Third: Get help. The support of a good personal trainer, dietician or psychologist can really do a lot. The support of people who professionally deal with improving our health is invaluable. For example - a good personal trainer will choose the right form of training adapted to our health condition, will monitor our progress, and on bad days will motivate us to act. π€
