This summer we’re helping young people build more than strength.

✔ Confidence
✔ Healthy habits
✔ Coordination & fitness
✔ Friendships
✔ Less screen time, more movement

Designed for ages 8-15, our sessions focus on movement, teamwork and building confidence in a supportive environment.

📅 Starts Tuesday 7th July

Ages 8–11
Tuesdays & Fridays | 3:30pm | 45 mins

Ages 12–15
Tuesdays & Fridays | 4:30pm | 45 mins

💷 £75 for 6 weeks

Sometimes they join because they want to feel better, have more energy, rebuild confidence… or simply feel part of something again.

The workouts matter.
💕But the people beside you matter too.
