Almost 13kg off.

I sat down with Chloe & to set them up for their first phase, we delved in to everything lifestyle, nutrition & training.

The importance of having a support circle around you for when motivation is low & discipline is wearing thin.

Unquestionably Lukeโ€™s step into the fitness industry has aided Chloe in her journey, her training is top class ; strength x conditioning Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of partnering her on numerous occasions. Resilient, refuses to quit- an unbelievable mindset.

She deserves this and more, a great girl & an asset to our culture โค๏ธ

We are up to our oxters in delivery at the moment & it will always take precedence over socials.

A whopping 14kgs difference ๐Ÿ“‰

Caoimhรญn went from a young man with zero confidence / self esteem to recently having invested in his badges to go into the industry himself.

At 17 he tore his IT band & dislocated his patella, leaving him on the sidelines from GAA & soccer; before he knew it he was up to almost 109kgs & hated the man he seen in the mirror.

It wasnโ€™t him.

Milestone 1 - Identity back โœ”๏ธ

In the process heโ€™s fell in love with the gym, training & competing.

Finishing his first Hyrox in Dublin with his braw in law

One of lifeโ€™s good guys Caoimhรญn also spearheaded our recent โ€˜blackoutโ€™ of the conditioning room. Alongside another braw

Like many others Caoimhรญn came for the result

& has stayed for the community.

An integral member.

Following on from the success of our โ€˜winter arcโ€™ where the energy & connection between members & coaches were at an unprecedented level.

We wanted to bring Commit forward as one unit into 2026.

Our focus pivoted from getting lean to getting strong as f**k with a spotlight on our compound lifts.

We supplemented our strength with an added conditioning session.

Pushing our mantra of โ€˜everyday athleteโ€™

The Easter Games consisted of 3 elements;

Whilst the scales only show a loss of 5.1kg in total - over 11 months.

No stranger to the gym but in the last 5 months heโ€™s met his people.

We are so glad heโ€™s found us.

In every training group we have, we need leaders.
