It’s been years from I done mid morning and I can’t bloody wait to get started with you all.

So many of you have messaged looking to book so I’ve decided to open the bookings this Friday morning 🤩
(PLEASE NOTE ALL OTHER CAMPS AND PROGRAMMES WILL BE RELEASED NEXT WEEKEND ‼️)

Only a deposit is needed to secure your spot 😘

The program will consist of

- 1 circuit session
- 1 strength session
- option to add on a Saturday morning free of charge
