HYBRID SESSIONS — WHAT WE OFFER RIGHT NOW
These are the Hybrid Sessions currently on the timetable:
Mon 6am – Rise & Reset
Tue 7pm – Strength & Conditioning
Thu 7pm – Engine Room
Sun 9am – Core & Restore
We will be adding more sessions. so it’s a great time to get involved and learn the structure.
All Hybrid Sessions are booked through our app.
Prices vary depending on how many credits you buy but it’s simple, flexible, and you only pay for the sessions you use.(not monthly)
