These are the Hybrid Sessions currently on the timetable:
Mon 6am – Rise & Reset
Tue 7pm – Strength & Conditioning
Thu 7pm – Engine Room
Sun 9am – Core & Restore

We will be adding more sessions. so it’s a great time to get involved and learn the structure.

All Hybrid Sessions are booked through our app.
Prices vary depending on how many credits you buy but it’s simple, flexible, and you only pay for the sessions you use.(not monthly)

Huge credit to this group of footballers

Not just for the unbelievable effort with their S&C & football session this morning, but for how far they have come this season with their individual development and how committed they are.

They could have taken the day off with having no game. but they turned up, worked extremely hard, and gave everything. That says a lot about them as a group.

They are talented, coachable, and a real credit to Park View Academy of Sport and Park View AFC U18s, even though they are all 17s.

Apart from grandpa Joe and who joined in with them and helped us coach

Very Proud of them all and the standards they set every week.
