Interested in getting fitter or losing weight in a private studio in Chester le St away from intimidating gyms ?

🥊New small group session Thursdays 4:30pm where you can work out in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and make new friends .

✅ Learn about healthy weight loss and how to keep it off without faddy diets and jabs .

✅All sessions led by myself , 10yrs PT experience specialising in obesity .

✅ Sessions will be a mix of resistance training ,cardio ,mobility , flexibility and balance .

✅ Suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced exercisers .

🍎Nutritional advice , progress monitoring.

Congratulations to Tracy on her impressive weight loss of 2.5 stones since she started training with me in January . She’s improving her health and fitness every day through improvements to her diet whilst still enjoying foods that she loves as well as a progressive exercise program . Eating for weight loss ? Make sure you’re having enough protein at every meal to fill you up . In a world where carbs are an easier option it can be difficult . Fulfilling your protein needs can prevent cravings and can help to keep you out of the biscuit tin and resist office goodies 🍰
Older adults need around 1g of protein per Kg of body weight , more if you’re trying to gain muscle 💪
Good sources are lean meats ,fish,eggs,dairy, legumes,nuts and seeds.
