Our Ouston & Pelton group are off and running on their C25K journey. Wish them good luck! Big thanks to our fantastic volunteers Paul, Beth, Lindsay and Abi. Changing lives.

🎉 Our Vibroplate is now up and running! 🎉

This machine was kindly donated to us by a member of the public, so unfortunately we don't have the original instructions. However, it's easy enough to use and if you have any questions, please just ask a member of staff 😁

Give it a try and let us know what you think! If it gets plenty of use and good feedback, we'll look at investing in a brand new Technogym version to keep in line with the rest of our equipment.

Gym Volunteers are the best 👍

It's Volunteers' Week, and we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gives their time to support us. 😊

Whether you're helping with groups, supporting young people and families, caring for our garden, volunteering at events, serving as a trustee, helping behind the scenes, or giving your time in any other way, we appreciate you more than words can say.

You know who you are, but this is a little reminder that every hour, every task and every act of kindness makes a difference.
