Today was the start of Alex’s paid coaching journey. He has shadowed/ learned and now ready, a young coach doing his courses with Park View Academy Of Sport with coach Ben Warden and today he started his new role,

leading our Sunday morning HYBRID group which is recovery based called core and restore, then he had a 1-2 athletes program with Lukas and Ethan.

Smashed it and massive well done again

Both have been on trial with Sunderland AFC and were successful & accepted.

We all Couldn’t be any prouder of them both
