There’s something pretty special about having a partner by your side who’s on the journey with you. 🖤

Amy and Dan have been putting in the work and their ongoing transformation is incredible to see! 👏

It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about body recomposition, losing inches, toning up, building lean muscle and becoming stronger, fitter and more confident. 💪

Had my first strength class and really enjoyed it. The trainers were with me showing me what to do throughout and helped me with each exercise. Everyone was so friendly at the class encouraging me to keep going. Great atmosphere banging tunes and I felt like I had a really great workout. Will definitely be back for more classes. workouts should not be this much fun !!

Today we’re celebrating Lesley and an incredible milestone 250 classes at 3Sixty! 🩶

She’s earned her Silver logo vest and week of unlimited classes on us 🫶🏻

Being a busy working mam means there’s always someone or something that needs your time. But Lesley has made the decision to make time for herself, her health and her fitness.
