MONDAY MOTIVATION - IT’s ALL GOING ON IN THE SENIOR GROUP!👀

Players worked on their dribbling, speed, agility and competitive edge, starting with challenges where the aim was simple — get your head up, be brave on the ball and score in as many goals as possible!

They then progressed onto speed and agility work, before bringing the energy up with various individual challenges.

To finish, the players battled it out in a Champions League-style 2v2 tournament — encouraging creativity, decision-making, teamwork and that all-important competitive mentality.

The biggest positive is seeing how much the players are developing, improving and growing in confidence each session.

Keep working, keep learning and keep enjoying your football! Well done to the the Senior Group.

JUNIOR GROUP IS NOW CLOSED! We are FULL UP and unable to register any more players for our current programme (unless you have already booked in with us). Still room for approximately 5 players in the senior group (age 7+) with coach Paul. Contact us to register your player for the last 5 weeks!

WEEK 3 COMPLETE! ✅✅✅What a morning at Oldpark 3G! Beautiful sunshine, plenty of football and players always with a ball at their feet!
