June is PTSD Awareness Month
This month, we stand with all veterans, serving personnel, emergency responders, and families affected by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
PTSD is often an invisible injury, but its impact can be life-changing. By raising awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging people to seek support, we can help ensure that nobody suffers in silence.
Throughout June, AAVS will be highlighting the importance of mental health, sharing information about available support, and promoting our Twenty 4 Twenty Challenge to raise awareness and funds for veteran counselling services.
Together, we can make a difference.
Together, we can save lives.
Β£35 provides one hour of counselling for a veteran in need.
