⭐️CLASS UPDATE ⭐️

Thank you so much for all the messages about classes restarting and apologies if I haven’t got back to you just yet.... I will🙈

NEW 6 WEEK BLOCK

I am delighted to be able to continue connecting with so many of you virtually through our online mat classes- whoever would have thought this would be the way???

Our online Channels and LIVE zoom classes continue with something for all levels and fitness goals.

😊It is fantastic restrictions are continuing to ease and indoor group exercise has been given the go ahead. With our Belfast classes we have decided to hold of on face to face for now. As much as we miss not seeing each of you in person our online is working really well and some of our venues are not 100% ready for us just yet.
Good luck to all the amazing studios and instructors that have reopened their doors this week 💪💪

⭐️We have a new 6 week block of classes starting next week – w/b Monday 31st May⭐️
and have something for all levels and fitness goals.

🌟Our LIVE timetable of weekly ZOOM classes restarts next week- with the addition of two new morning classes🌟

🌟Our very popular CHANNEL classes also continue allowing you to complete your class anytime, anywhere and as often as you wish. Each week receive a full new class along with shorter bonus classes – all new content and classes each week.

Our next online course starts w/b Monday 12th April and will run for 6 weeks

We have two options to choose from- either our LIVE timetabled classes or our Channel classes

Monday and Thursday at 8pm both mixed ability classes

🔹CHANNEL Classes

Choose right level for you
All classes pre recorded

New weekly class and shorter focused bonus classes added to your channel and also emailed to you each week – enjoy access from anywhere as often as you wish for full duration of block.

New online 6 week block of Physiotherapy Led Classes starts tomorrow Monday 4th January

Beginner- through to Advanced Level classes available as well as specific Antenatal Class.

Choose from pre- recorded or LIVE class options

Get moving and strong safely from the comfort of your own home

Minimal equipment required
Full classes and shorter bonus sessions available to do at your own time and repeat as often as you wish.

Looking forward to starting our next 6 week block of Online Physiotherapy Led Pilates classes this week.

We are continuing with our pre recorded Channels allowing you to access your class anytime as often as you wish form anywhere ☺️

🔹Advanced Channel
🔹Intermediate Channel
🔹Beginner/Improver Channel
🔹And Antenatal Specific Channel (must have had booking scan to join) where you will also receive a new class each week as well as educational videos and bonus content

As well as ALL of above we are continuing with our very popular LIVE class time table - for those who prefer the group class feel and also the social aspect of exercising as a group along with guidance and feedback from little old me 😊

New content is being added to each of our NEW Channels - a lovely spikey ball bonus class has been added for first week giving you all a chance to get your newly purchased spikeys out 🥰

New WhatsApp groups are being set up and all details will be sent to all registered members Monday morning - still time to get involved for anyone who wishes to rejoin or get started

Happy Halloween Holidays All

I hope this finds you all well during these strange times

Myself and the other girls certainly miss not seeing you all each week in person at our face to face classes 😔

But....... Good news is our online classes are still going fabulously and will continue for remainder of 2020 ☺️ (this will be reviewed for new year 🤞🤞)

Both Pre Recorded and Live classes are continuing to keep lots of you moving and motivated and are proving hugely popular ☺️

We are in our final week of current block and booking is now open for our next intake starting Monday 9th November

🔹feeling stiff after weeks at the kitchen table working?

🔹Back running/ or maybe golfing - but have neglected your core and are feeling a few niggles?

🔹Got low back pain or hips?

Well here it is .... your chance to get back in control

Classes will continue with same format as present with both Pre-recorded channels and also Live Timetable continuing

As always if you wish to book on new block please just let me know - stating which Channel Level or which Live class suits you best

We have classes for all levels and abilities from new beginners through to advanced level.
We also have our pregnancy specific class for our Antenatal ladies (suitable from 12weeks right up to delivery day)
