There’s been a little focus this week in the news.
Guess what…
ANOTHER study has found that lifting s**t helps you live longer.
Next month (ish), another one will confirm that 10,000 steps a day lowers your risk of all the nasty health ‘tings we don’t wanna get.
And then…
Immersing yourself in cold water will solve all your problems.
And this is GREAT…
But it’s f**king irrelevant if the thought of doing it is about as enticing as being stuck in a lift after someone’s demolished a curry. 🍛
We’ve been doing this exercise thing at BRAWD for over 12 years now.
And no matter what new studies emerge, we know one thing:
If we can’t get you through the front door and keep you coming back, nothing else matters.
Some of our members have been with us for 12 years. Some 10. Some 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 year.
Some 2 days.
And that, my friends, is the ONLY thing that matters.
Starting.
Not another new study.
Just you.
Starting.
Something fun.
Something you’ll actually stick with.
