Summer challenge!!! Who’s in?

There is a group chat on WhatsApp you’ll need to be in if you’re not please message and we’ll send you the invite link.

The winner will be based on a points system. Get points for doing your 3 sessions a week and earn extra by posting on your socials and tagging cardio core, as well as encouraging the others in the group.

Weigh in and measuring will be done on the 10th July then again on the 10th August.
