*BALLYCLARE RFC SUMMER CONFIDENCE & CONDITIONING CAMPS*

Following the success of our Easter Camp, Ballyclare RFC would love you to come along to our Summer Camps!

We have two camps available, both with different focuses.

The first week of July (6th - 9th) is our Confidence Camp.

The first week of August (3rd - 6th) is our Conditioning Camp.

Week One - CONFIDENCE
***July: This week will focus on getting used to the ball again, having lots of fun with plenty of games that made our Easter so great. ***

Week Two - CONDITIONING
***August: This week will focus on getting ready for the new rugby season with some preseason conditioning work in a fun filled environment***

All children welcome, whether with BRFC, any other club or no club at all! You can attend one, or both with the opportunity to book single days.

The summer marks a new season so kids will be in their new class. For example - P4's are now P5's

P.S.. due to a great response from the kids during Easter Camp -
YES!! There will be lots more kicking drills!!!

Boots, gumshields and warm clothes/waterproofs all advised.
