Buzzing to be getting back to some decent squats and up to 70kg😍🙌

BB Squats have been such a problem child for me since wrecking my hip flexor doing them! But we've been working on that mobility and they're coming along nicely😎🍗

Any flat footers out there heads up of the absolute game changer that is training all legs barefoot🙌...well socks cause not a fan of freeing the kebs🤣

In a night full of action and adrenaline at Parque Bicentenario La Tortuga, during the event promoted by JR Promotions last Saturday, Scott Thompson made his professional debut in spectacular fashion.

Thompson defeated Mochis fighter Alonso Jiménez by KO, dropping him to the canvas three times with devastating body shots before the referee stopped the contest.

The Northern Irishman certainly looks like he has the making of a champion and could, in the future, become a major star in world boxing. 🌟

JR Boxeo Máximo Boxing Promotions continues to show that they are doing things right, bringing quality international talent to San Luis Río Colorado.
