This milestone isn’t just about us — it’s about every member, coach, and person who has been part of this journey. To celebrate and say thank you, we’re excited to announce our Client Appreciation Day with The Prøgram family at a Vancouver Canadians baseball game ⚾💙

📅 Saturday, July 11th

🍻 Pre-Game Social at The Prøgram
🕒 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Enjoy drinks, snacks, and time with the community before we head to the ballpark.

⚾ Vancouver Canadians Game
🕔 First pitch at 5:00 PM

🎟️ The first 50 eligible members to respond via social media, email, or in person will receive a FREE ticket to the game!

To qualify for a free ticket, you must have attended at least one session at The Prøgram in 2026.

Additional tickets for family and friends will be available for $22 each.

📣 Important RSVP Dates:
✅ June 14th – RSVP deadline to secure baseball tickets
✅ July 6th – RSVP deadline for the pre-game social

Can't make the game? No problem! You're still welcome to join us for the pre-game social and celebrate with the community.

Introducing The RESTORE Prøgram — a full-body movement class designed to improve mobility, support recovery, and release muscular tension. Through focused breathing and controlled, intentional movement, RESTORE helps regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and support long-term injury prevention.

Led by Kevin Clarke, classes are rooted in mindful movement and built around breath, stability, alignment, and sustainable strength. Drawing from his background in movement and yoga, Kevin creates an experience that feels both grounding and physically engaging — helping you reconnect with your body and move with greater ease.

Whether you’re recovering, looking to improve mobility, or simply wanting to slow down and reset, RESTORE is for you.

🔥 Meet our newest Personal Trainer - Mikala Condon 🔥

With nearly a decade of experience supporting the East Vancouver community through fitness, Mikala brings a powerful mix of knowledge, compassion, and real-world strength to The Prøgram. 👊

Her background includes:
🏋️ Weight lifting
🥊 Boxing
🤼 Wrestling
🏐 Volleyball
✨ Pole dancing

But training goes far beyond exercise.

Using somatic cueing, pre/rehab strategies, trauma-informed coaching, and a feelings-centered approach, she creates a safe space where clients can learn, grow, and build real confidence.

Her mission is simple:
✅ Reduce pain
✅ Build strength
✅ Improve posture & mobility
✅ Increase resilience inside and outside the gym

Because intentional movement doesn’t just change workouts — it changes lives.

🚨 Booking classes just got easier. 🚨

If you’re on a monthly class membership (4x/month, 8x/month, 12x/month, or Unlimited) you can now book your classes one month in advance of your renewal date. 🙌

Example 👇
If it’s April and your membership renews on May 7, you can now pre-book classes all the way up to June 7.

That means:
✅ More time to plan your schedule
✅ Better access to your favourite class times
✅ Less stress when classes fill up

Important note 📌
You can pre-book up to the number of classes included in your membership.
(Example: 4 bookings on a 4x/month membership.)
