GUESS THE WEIGHT

We put our coaches to the challenge of guessing the weights “blindfolded” (it was a pair of sunnies with post its, yay creativity!)

Does this confirm that you can lift more than you think you’re capable? Or do your coaches need to cool it with giving you more weight?
