We’re looking for energetic, community-minded people to join our BFT Eastern Energy Exchange Program!

Our Energy Exchange team primarily supports with studio maintenance for 4 hours per week in exchange for unlimited access to the club, our training program, expert coaching, and an incredible community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being part of a team, takes pride in keeping the studio looking and feeling its best, and wants to be more involved in the BFT Eastern community.

A minimum 3-month commitment is required.

You can train hard, fuel well, and show up consistently — but if you are not prioritizing sleep, you are leaving results on the table.

Sleep is your recovery superpower. It is when your body repairs, your muscles rebuild, your hormones regulate, your energy restores, and your mind resets.

This week, we are challenging you to treat sleep like part of your training plan — because it is.

Aim for:
🌙 A consistent bedtime
📵 Less screen time before bed
☕ Earlier caffeine cut-off
🛏️ A calm wind-down routine
⏰ 7–9 hours where possible

WEEK 3 MINDSET: FUEL YOUR THOUGHTS, FUEL YOUR RESULTS 🧠🔥
The next 8 weeks aren’t just about how you train - they’re about how you think.
The mindset you bring into each session, each meal, and each decision matters. Progress isn’t built in one perfect day; it’s built through consistent choices made over time.
A few reminders as we head into Week 3:
Fuel your mind with positive self-talk.
Focus on what you can control.
Trust the process, even when results aren’t immediate.
Celebrate small wins.
Stay committed when motivation fades.
Believe you’re capable of more than you think.
Growth happens when you show up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.
This challenge is about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and habits that last far beyond these 8 weeks. The stronger your mindset becomes, the stronger everything else follows.

WEEK 2 ENERGY: TRAIN SMARTER, NOT JUST HARDER 🔥

The next 8 weeks aren’t about doing the most — they’re about doing the right things consistently.

Our programming is progressive for a reason. We’re building week by week across energy systems, movement patterns, strength, conditioning, recovery, and performance so you can create real, lasting results.

A few reminders as we head into Week 2:
Fuel your body properly.
Hydrate before you feel like you need it.
Prioritize form over load.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your coaches.

Progress doesn’t come from forcing it — it comes from training with intention.

This challenge is about more than pushing hard. It’s about learning how to move better, recover better, and build a stronger foundation inside and outside the studio.

Let’s keep showing up, putting in the work, and training smarter together.
