Last night’s Low Carb Food Tasting Event!

We prepared and presented some of our favourite, delicious, low carbohydrate foods for sampling. These healthier, low carb substitutes were enjoyed by our members and guests.

Meet Pat. She is 84 years old has been weight training consistently three times a week for over a decade.

Her commitment has allowed her to accomplish phenomenal feats such as Turkish get ups, holding a plank for over 4 minutes, doing 15 full bodyweight push ups and even pushing her trainer Darrel Mancini on a sled for 20 yards!

So proud of our Buddy, Derek Noonan for his BRONZE MEDAL at the IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation) 2023 No-Gi Championships in Las Vegas!!
