IBJJF Pan 2026 Championship - Could’ve been better… could’ve been worse.

A bronze in the middleweight division and a silver in the open. Feels great to get some wins and to get back onto the podium.

Posting this as THANK YOU to Professor Egor Radzik and all of my fellow Ethereal and Cicero Costa BJJ members, Geoff Stoodley and Fortis training crew and all training partners, and coaches. I cannot thank you enough for your time, patience, encouragement, wisdom, advice and for just putting up with me. I am blessed as there are too many of you to list – I will be sure and thank you personally when I see you.

For what it’s worth, these are NOT my medals, they are OUR medals! I thank God for all of you!

It’s always a privilege and honor to learn from this guy – legendary Gracie Jiu Jitsu Coral belt, BJJ and Val Tudor Legend, Jorge Pereira.

His level of fighting wisdom, knowledge and experience seems almost limitless. Jorge’s first hand connection to Helio, Rickson and the Gracie lineage is also fascinating. Every story, every insight, principle and technique holds incredible value. For anyone interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – if you get to Miami make a point of visiting this guy.
