One last post to say goodbye. This location has changed over the years & we look forward to seeing what it becomes for the neighborhood.

Thank you to all our members, associates, instructors, trainers, clients, neighbors & visitors for spending this chapter with us. We hope we have brightened ☀️ your gym days, you have certainly done that for us. ❤️

We have enjoyed having all our amazing instructors & Group Fitness participants over the years. After June 28th, our instructors will move to different clubs in the city, but you will find most of them at Pape & Danforth. That location will be re-opening their Cycling Studio & you’ll find our instructors there!

What are you doing this weekend? How about a Saturday or Sunday morning BodyPump class? Or a Sunday mid-morning BodyBalance class?

You’ll love our instructor Leah, who teaches the popular BodyPump class (Barbell class with low to moderate weights for a full body workout) Saturday at 8:10am, Sunday at 9:20am & Monday at 7am.

Or slow things down with BodyBalance with Leah (Yoga with elements of Pilates and Tai Chi) Sundays at 10:30am.

What are you doing Thursday evening? Come spend an hour or 2 with our wonderful instructor Tanya.

On Thursdays, she teaches BodyPump (Barbell class with low to moderate weights for a full body workout) at 5:25pm and then BodyBalance (Yoga with elements of Pilates and Tai Chi). at 6:35pm.

For all you early risers, this is the class to be at. RPM Indoor Cycling with our fabulous instructor Chris. He teaches Friday at 6:30am, Sunday at 8:30am and Tuesday at 7:00am.
