Taheeza started Quiktrain knowing she could do better with her health and weight but traditional bodybuilding programs and strict dieting seemed unappealing and unsustainable.

She attempted to tackle the problem on her own but because she wasn’t comfortable in a gym setting her previous attempts at weight loss had her spending hours a week on cardio machines with mediocre results.

We immediately started with simple beginner strength training circuits to build her confidence in the gym. Having a program plan helped her to navigate the unfamiliar territory and kept her time efficient and effective.

Using just 4 guidelines we adjusted her entire perception of food allowing her to eat intuitively without life crippling food restrictions.

As you can expect we had many ups and downs. Real change is rarely linear but she stayed committed to our performance goals which ultimately drove her progress. You wouldn’t believe how strong and fast she became and as a result, achieved amazing results.

Is your stretching routine putting you at risk of injury?

Congratulations 🥳 if you even attempt to stretch before a workout but if you are doing static stretching (stretching and holding) you may actually be decreasing your ability to perform.😔 See, when you stretch and hold, the muscle relaxes and increases in laxity. When those same muscles are exposed to loaded or powerful movements you are at a higher risk of tears sprains and fatigue. 😩🤕😓

Instead try dynamic stretching. 💪🏾This brand of stretching not only lengthens muscles but it increases useful range of motion while prepping the body for to perform under load, speed and unpredictable conditions.🏋🏾‍♂️Save the static stretching for post workout 🧘🏾and try these instead! 🙌🏾

David was far from out of shape when he contacted me.

He was working with a basic routine he had pieced together from google but knew he could get more from a properly structured training and nutrition plan and a coach to be accountable to.

Fast forward 4 months and he was able to achieve some eye popping results 👀 that he didn’t even think possible.

People meet Bianca and comment on her remarkable temperament. She’s happy, friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and tends to light up a room with her personality. Most say “you guys got really lucky” and maybe that’s the case. Or maybe just took all her best qualities and poured it into our daughter. I always say It takes a lot of hard work to appear lucky. If you know our story and you know my wife you’ll probably agree Bianca and I are the ones who got lucky. ☺️❤️

This was not a cut. I didn’t count calories nor did I count macros. I didn’t go keto or vegan nor did I do a juice cleanse.

And despite lack of any trendy techniques, I got what some would consider good results in 21 days. I didn’t really invest a lot more time. I just chose the actions that deliver results and ignored all the needless complexity. It was actually lot of fun and I don’t feel like a fat dad anymore. (The covid 19 is too real 😅)

In another 3 -4 weeks, I’ll be light enough and bouncy enough to start running outdoors again and have it ACTUALLY FEEL GOOD. My joints are already thanking me. ☺️
