Happy 1000 classes Roxanne!! Behind this amazing milestone, there is a story that is even more inspiring 💗

Her very first class, Roxanne had one simple goal:
“Get over the plateau she was on and be able to do a burpee one day.”

Fast forward 1000 classes later…
She doesn’t just do burpees - she crushes them.

From those early days to now, it’s been the early mornings, the tough sessions, and the moments where it would’ve been easier to quit—but she never did. She kept showing up.

One of the most resilient women we know.

And if that wasn’t enough? She’s just finished her first HYROX!! Burpees? Psshhh.. we can crush 80m of Burpee Broadjumps!!

This milestone isn’t just about 1000 classes—it’s about growth, grit, and proving what’s possible when you don’t to give up or let life derail you.

🌟 Congrats to Rory and Jill, our 7am superstars, on crushing this incredible milestone of 800 classes!! 🌟

Rory, approaching his 70s, continues to inspire everyone around him with his energy, positivity, and commitment to staying strong and healthy. Still golfing every summer like a pro, staying active, and proving that age is never a limit.

Jill balances mom life, busy schedules, and still makes time to pour into herself at 7AM. Quietly consistent, always working hard, and always bringing great energy to the room.

Different seasons of life. Same commitment. Same discipline.
We’re so proud of both of you for this huge milestone 💙
