HYROX training is back to F45 Westmount!

If you're in Edmonton and want to feel confident on race day (in Toronto or Vancouver), build strength and endurance, and train with a fun and supportive community, this is where you start!

Here is how to join us.

Option 1:
Grab our HYROX Add-On Package as a Member or Non-member.
The HYROX Add-On includes everything you need to get race ready, including:
• All 16 HYROX classes (6 new workouts!)
• 6 small group skills, techniques, race strategy workshops
• 2 HYROX simulation events
• A full running program / Run Club
• Access to our private HYROX community

Option 2:
Pay-as-you-go.
Join HYROX classes with drop-ins or grab a HYROX 12 pack and save. This is a great option if you want to train with us without grabbing a full membership.

No matter which path you choose, you will be supported by expert coaches and a community that shows up for each other.

Our next 12-week HYROX Training Series starts Aug 27th and prepares you for Hyrox Toronto and Vancouver. Spots are limited.

Or just want a taste test first? We're running two HYROX teaser class on Saturday Aug 15th and Thursday Aug 20th for intro price of $25 (or $40 for both classes). Come experience a HYROX-style class for yourself. Free teaser sessions if you sign-up for a package before Aug 15th!
