We're trading barbells for golf clubs and getting the BTA crew together for a day on the course. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just here for the laughs, we'd love to have you join us.

Bring your crew, bring a guest, or come solo and we'll take care of the rest. Expect good people, a little friendly competition, and a lot of fun.

Thinking you’ll start in September when you'll have routine again? Most people are. That’s exactly why now is the smarter choice. Routines will forever change and the to do list will always exist. But right now - the gym is calmer, you get more of your coach’s attention, and when the fall arrives, you'll walk into gym already confident of your movements, instead of starting from zero with the crowd. The hardest part is the first session, not the fiftieth. If you’ve been waiting for the right time, it's actually now.

Our 4th Annual Black Tusk Summer BBQ is back. Saturday, Aug 22, 11am - 1:00 pm 💛. This is the one where the gym spills out to Sir Wilfred Laurier Park, the training takes a back seat (be forewarned there will be a really simple teams relay with prizes and bragging rights on the line), and you finally get to talk to the people you always see across the room. Bring your family or a friend who’s been curious about us. There’s no better way to see what we mean when we say community first. Sign up under our events page in your member app and if you are bringing anyone, make sure you RSVP for them too so we know how much food to buy!
