Our Spring/Summer Open House Week officially begins tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21st! We are kicking things off with a deep dive into the patterns that define our Movement School.

The video in the next slide shows a glimpse of what we’re exploring this semester: increasing your movement vocabulary. We aren’t just looking for repetitions; we are looking for complexity.

* On the Ground: Exploring classical locomotion patterns that build fluid, total-body refinement.
* On the Bar: Tackling bar challenges and climbing patterns to develop new levels of upper-body strength and coordination.

These methods have been a staple of our practice for years, but there is always a new layer of complexity to find. Whether you are a seasoned mover or brand new, these classes are free and adaptable to all abilities.
