When we say F45 is for EVERYONE we mean it! Meet Daniel who just crushed his 500th class along side his incredible mom Magdalene! 🎉🤩

Daniel has autism and ADHD and F45 has become his second home! He attends class daily which has helped keep him focused and in routine! 💪

What's your favorite class/classes?
"My favorite Class is Wednesday, class 50/50!"

Favorite class time?
"My mom and I like the 9am class!"

Results you've seen while training with us?
"I have grown stronger and built a lot of muscles. I can pick mom up very easily. I have autism and ADHD, so coming to the gym has helped to keep my mind focused, and it has also helped with sleeping well"

What keeps you coming back?
"Mom made me. I like that I get high fives. Coach Drew talks to me and helps me. I get to have fun with mom at the gym"

What is your fav class time?
"I’m proudly part of the 5 a.m. club! My favorite class is Wednesday because I love having the option to focus on upper body, lower body, or both!"

Results you've seen after 500 classes?
"F45 Legacy completely changed my relationship with exercise, and I only wish I had found it sooner. I genuinely look forward to coming every morning (except on Hyrox days 🥵 lol). When I joined, I was 8 months postpartum with my first baby, and since then I’ve lost almost 50 lbs kg. But it’s so much more than the number on the scale. I feel stronger, more active, and healthier!"

"These days, when my alarm goes off at 4 a.m., I don’t even think twice. F45 has become part of my routine, and I truly love the community, the coaches, the classes, and the amazing friends I’ve made along the way!"

This superwoman mom, sister and wife is a true force and we couldn't be more proud of her!

We asked Mafer about her journey to 1000!👇

What is your fav class/clases?
"Hollywood, docklands, joker. To just name a few but I usually enjoy any cardio/ hybrid class! (I am crazy I know 🤪)"

Fav class time?
"The early morning classes 5 or 6am. Nothing better than starting the day with a hard workout!"

Results you have seen over 1000 classes?
"I am the strongest I have ever been in my life! But aside the physical results, what I am most proud of is the discipline I have been able to build throughout these 3 and half years. I never thought I would be into fitness and that always seemed a very far dream to me. Now working out is an important part of my day and skipping is never an option!"

What keeps you coming back?
"The coaches, the workouts and the community. I have always enjoyed group training and I have met some incredible people along the way. The workouts got me hooked. 45 min in and out, when you are a parent you learn to appreciate time 🤭😂"

Magdalene hits 500 classes surrounded by family! 🎉

If you have ever had the pleasure of working out with Magdalene and her son Daniel, you'll know just how hard she works each and every class! She has had a mind blowing transformation and is leading her family by example!

We asked Magdalene about hee we jouney to 500👇

"I love being part of the studio. I feel so at home there and this has helped me stay committed to my workout routine!"

What's your favorite class/classes?
"I love all the classes. If I have to choose, it would be any of the strength days. I am especially partial to Titans and Piston!"

Favorite class time?
"My favorite class time is the 9am class."

Results you've seen while training with us?
"I came into the studio with a few problems I needed to put in check. I had just been handed a prescription for diabetes and high blood pressure as well as some pain medications for my back, knees, and hip. I can confidently say that I am off medications for diabetes and high blood pressure. My arthritis pain is manageable now and I am a lot happier and more comfortable in my skin and clothes!"

What Keeps you coming back?
"I love the energy of the trainers. It is so contagious from the moment I walk through that door. I want to acknowledge Samm, Marina and Drew for being such great humans and being very attentive to what I need to get through the workout for the day. I look forward to all the great dance steps and encouragement to keep me going.

I love this studio so much. I love the acceptance and inclusiveness of my so who is autistic. Thank you so much for giving him a space to thrive. He absolutely enjoys working out now!"

What is your fav class/classes?
"Definitely anything cardio!! But, I would have to say Hollywood Saturdays will always be the top class for me!"

Fav class time?
"5 am classes will always be my favourite! There is always lots of space to do the exercises but filled with people who are very passionate about being there early and getting their workout done!"

Results you have seen while training with us?
"The results I have seen are crazy coming to F45 Legacy!! I have definitely become stronger physically and mentally. Also I never used to crave an adrenaline rush like I do on a cardio day! 😍"

What keeps you coming back?
"I come back everyday for the people for sure! You will never meet the people you do at F45 Legacy anywhere else. The coaches are always pumping you up, challenging you, and making you laugh all while you are dying. I mean obviously they love that, but...dont we all??? 🤣🤣. Bring on the challenge right?? Samm has been there since my day one always cheering me on and I am so grateful for the support she has given me. Fernando and my girls... Thank you for always showing up at 5 am with me and doing doubles on the crazy cardio days. I love you guys!!"

" Favourite class is any resistance one…probably any with upper/lower body choice or Romans!

I really prefer early morning classes (5 or 6am) but can’t do those lately due to early school schedule but I’ll be back!

I’ve never felt this good..both physically and mentally…I feel like in my 30s…although I’m closer to my 50s 😁

The environment at the studio is just amazing …everyone makes this place really special…no way I would have made the 1000 classes without such a great community!

Last but not least…F45 helped me set the foundation to compete in my first triathlon this summer… Thanks again and let’s see how fast I can get to 2000!"

What is your Favouute class/ classes?
"My favorite classes are the Tuesday and Sunday Hybrid classes. The Sunday 10 a.m. class is extra special because my husband, my son, and I can all work out together!"

Favourite class time?
"My favorite class time is 9 a.m. I love the positive energy, encouragement, and great vibes that everyone brings to the class!"

Results you've seen while training with us?
"I've become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I've reduced my body fat, built muscle, and improved my overall fitness! I even won a challenge!"

What keeps you coming back?
"The amazing coaches, supportive community, and variety of workouts keep me motivated and excited to come back. Every workout is different, so it never gets boring!"

Meet Coach Stacy!

From avid member to trainer! Stacy embodies all things F45 and we are very excited to have her as our newest trainer!

Stacy has years of experience working within the mental health and healthcare space and one thing she knows for sure is that movement is medicine for the body and the mind!

Stacy has seen how exercise builds physical and mental resilience and is integral to overall well-being. This is why she pursued to be an ACE Certified Personal Trainer on top of her other credentials.

As a busy mom of 2, Stacy was drawn to F45 Legacy for the fun music, quick classes and community vibes. For her, it’s a place where the outside world can wait and 45 minutes of hard work and loud music allows her to be her best self in work, play and motherhood! 💙❤️

Coach Stacy's passion for F45 and to help members shows every time she's coaching! We are pumped to have her join an incredible roster of trainers, she is a natural fit!
