I love that the workout is different every day, and you never get bored. My experience at this gym has been utterly life-transforming. From day one, I felt welcomed and inspired. The energy here is electric. Everyone who trains here is focused, respectful, and kind. There’s no ego, just people showing up to do their best. It’s an environment that pushes you to be better while making you feel like you belong.

What is your favourite class?
"fifty-fifty - I love the ability to focus on one or the other but HYROX classes are always great too!"

Fav class time?
"5am is always a great way to start the day! But I definitely enjoy the 4:45 pm class as well!"

What results have you experienced training with us?
" I am way more in control of my body and a lot stronger thanks to the amazing coaches that push us everyday!"

What keeps you coming back after 500 classes?
"The community is definitely what keeps me coming back. Seeing everyone, all different levels, working together to achieve their own goals while encouraging each other and pushing each other!

I also have to say just how amazing the trainers are! The energy that they are able to bring every class and the amount that they truly care that you are pushing your limits and getting better is just amazing. Thank you everyone at F45 Legacy, coaches and members, you may not realize it but when you show up and push, it makes the person beside you push too! So you are all apart of everyone’s journey!🙌"

"I have a love-hate relationship with cardio classes! Still my favorite workout though! 💦"

"Since my heaviest weight at F45 I have lost approximately 20lbs. My clothes fit better, improved confidence, and I’m lifting heavier!💪"

As hybrid racing and competitive functional fitness continue to gain momentum, it is important have a meaningful benchmark, something that moves beyond simply finishing a workout and instead answers the real question:

How fit am I, really?
PEAK500 will be programmed at every F45 across the world on Saturday, March 28, giving F45ers a clear, repeatable way to measure performance, push limits, and track their own progress over time!
Test March 28th & then test again in September to track your progress!

Building on the legacy of the iconic F45 Playoffs, we're proud to introduce the next evolution in standardized athletic performance testing at F45 Training - PEAK500.

Workout Overview
PEAK500 is a 30-minute hybrid performance event designed to challenge capacity, output, and mental toughness.
5 total stations
5 minutes of work per station
1 minute rest between stations
Score = max reps or calories per station

Registration for this global event opens up Wednesday March 18th @ 5:00 pm!

What is your favourite class at F45 Legacy?
My favourite class is all the weight classes. Lol. And 6:00am is my favourite time.

What are some results you’ve seen since beginning training with us?
I’ve gained so much more muscle and feel stronger than I ever have. Plus I’m at the lowest percentage of body fat that I’ve ever been. I’m in better shape now than I was in my twenties.

What keeps you coming back day after day?
I love the community and all the support of each and everyone that goes there.
