Brent has dedicated more than 25 years to helping people feel confident in what their bodies can do, both in and out of the gym. His training focuses on creating progress that lasts through a combination of functional strength work, mobility, and rehabilitative exercise, when needed.
His aim is for clients to leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and clear-headed—with progress that carries over into everyday life. At The Riverside Club, Brent places a strong emphasis on creating a space for clients that feels approachable, relaxed, and genuinely supportive. He believes people do their best when they feel comfortable, challenged at the right level, and part of something positive.
Brent’s background shapes a training style grounded in real-world performance, not just workouts for the sake of workouts. Beyond the gym, you can find Brent enjoying movement through martial arts, rock climbing, hiking, and skiing.
