CrossFit Fundamentals at ICFS

The fundamentals program is for those with little to no prior CrossFit experience, or for those who have taken an extended break from CrossFit.
What can you expect? Each class will start with a dynamic, full body warm-up. Throughout the 6 classes, participants will be exposed to the 9 foundational CrossFit movements as well as other common movements you will see in our programming. Each class will have a workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down/stretch period with informal Q&A time. Emphasis is placed on sound movement mechanics and common scaling options will be introduced. This is also an opportunity for the coaches to get to know you and your goals.
