Looking for something fun and active for the kids these school holidays?

Our Proficient Kids Holiday Program is back!

Designed for kids aged 6–12 years, these 90-minute sessions are packed with:

🏋️ Fun fitness activities
🎯 Games & challenges
💪 New skills to unlock
🤝 Making new friends
🥪 Morning tea included

📅 Tuesday 29th September & Tuesday 6th October
⏰ 10:30am – 12:00pm

MEET OUR MEMBER, GARY!

Gary’s consistency over the past few months has definitely been paying off — and we’ve noticed!

He’s a regular at our 6am classes, always brings the banter with the boys, and loves a good dance tune to get him pumped for a workout.

It’s been awesome watching Gary put in the work, stay consistent and see the results that come with it.
