25m Pool Temperature Update ✅

Good news – the heat pump servicing the 25m lap pool has now been repaired.

The heating system is back up and running normally; however, it will take around 1–2 days for the lap pool temperature to fully return to its usual level due to the volume of water.

The pool remains open, and we appreciate your patience while temperatures stabilise.

25m Lap Pool Temperature Update

We’d like to let our community know that the 25m pool temperature may be slightly lower than usual over the next few days.

A small heat pump requires unexpected maintenance, which is currently being addressed. We expect this to be resolved within approximately 5 days.

The pool remains open and available, and we appreciate your patience while we work to restore normal temperatures as soon as possible.

We’ll keep you updated once the issue is resolved.

The Leisure/Program pool is reopening at midday today. Thank you for your patience. All Learn to Swim classes tonight will be running as scheduled.

Important Notice

Please be advised that the Leisure pool/program pool will close today at 3:00pm to allow for unscheduled essential maintenance.

The pool will remain closed tomorrow morning (Mon 4 May). The 25m lap pool and Sauna will remain open and operating as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. Further updates will be provided once maintenance is complete.

UPDATE Wednesday 29 April 9:30am - The Sauna has reopened! Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE Tuesday 28 April - The Sauna maintenance has extended, the Sauna is expected to reopen on Wednesday afternoon, 29 April.

🚧 Sauna Closed For Maintenance – Tuesday 28 April
Our sauna will be unavailable tomorrow from opening until tomorrow afternoon while maintenance is carried out.
We’ll have it back up and running as soon as possible - thanks for your patience!
