A brand new 60-minute class designed to help you slow down, release built-up tension and move with intention.
Using a combination of the Reformer and Mat, we'll gently improve mobility, increase flexibility and use myofascial release techniques to help your body feel its best.

Think of it as hitting the reset button for your body.
